Based in Nashville, TN in the heart of Bellevue was founded in 2018 by Mary Ann Green, MA, LPC-MHSP, RDN, LDN with a passion for nurturing the body, soul and spirit through the healing power of connection. Mary Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH where she majored in dietetics and became especially compassionate towards those struggling with eating disorders. Her passion and career vision has been to pursue and encourage overall health on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Her desire to specialize in nutrition, mental health and spiritual well-being set the unique practice apart right from the start.
What began as a successful solo practice has grown into a diverse team of professionals with additional practitioners, Emily Kerlin and Taylor Killingsworth, all committed to the same mission. In addition, Mary Ann’s dog, Sweet Pea, has become a very welcome therapeutic assistant who brings a calming presence to our clients. Together, we proudly serve a multitude of specialized needs. Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, health conditions, anxiety, or other mental health concerns, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. Our current team of professionals includes disciplines from individual counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, social work, nutrition and nursing.
For individuals who desire a Christian approach to therapy, we do offer this, while always being sensitive to the diverse spiritual needs of all clients and of course clients who have no religious beliefs.
